How is this different from just reading my reviews myself?
Reading individual reviews shows you what customers said. ReviewInsights shows you what patterns emerge over time aross multiple review sites, which areas are improving or declining, where revenue is quietly being lost, and what to do first. It's the difference between data points and commercial intelligence.
What if I don't have many reviews?
We work best with businesses receiving at least 20–30 new reviews per month. If your volume is lower we'll tell you honestly — and we can still produce a baseline analysis from your historical reviews to identify patterns over a longer period.
Do I need to give you access to anything?
No. We work entirely from publicly available reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and similar platforms. No passwords, no accounts, no integrations. You give us your URL — we handle everything else.
What happens after I register?
We produce your sample report within 48 hours and send it to the email you provide. If you find it useful and want to subscribe, we'll follow up with next steps. If not, no pressure — we won't chase you.
Is this just an AI summary of my reviews?
No. A summary tells you what was said. ReviewInsights identifies commercial patterns across time — what's getting worse, where revenue is leaking, what to fix and in what order. Every insight links to a commercial consequence. Every recommendation links to a specific action.
Is my data handled securely?
